Terms and Conditions

Memberships are based on receiving a monthly skin treatment over a six to twelve-month period. As a member, you will also receive an additional once-off 10% discount on retail when you join. This discount excludes retail already on promotion. You will also receive a $30 birthday voucher to use towards retail. Rewards points accrued can be used towards a cleanser or SPF or your choice. On sign-up up you will be charged a one-off $7.00 establishment fee. A 3.00% Aglow surcharge is included in your payment subscription. Treatments must be monthly, if you are unable to attend an appointment during the month, you can gift it to a friend (and your friend must have the treatment within the month). 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise, your treatment that month will be forfeited. We require a 6-month minimum term sign up, thereafter you can cancel your skin membership by giving us 30 days' notice. If you choose to cancel by the end of the 6th month, you need to give us notice in your 5th month.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

We do not offer the option to pause your skin membership but you can gift your treatment to a friend if you cannot make it to your appointment.
