Kindly reply with YES or NO to confirm that you will be attending your appointment.
Be sure to check for any attached forms in the text message, as completing them beforehand will help save time during your visit.
Clinic Etiquette
Children
For their safety and the convenience of all clients, we kindly request that you arrange alternative childcare during your appointment, especially during school holidays. Thank you for understanding.
Mobile Phones
We kindly request that you please respect other clients around you, and refrain from using your mobile phone, as loud conversations and loud ringtones are disturbing to other clients.
Running Late
We don't like to keep our clients waiting so if you are running late, though we will endeavor to complete as much of your treatment as possible, we will have to conclude at the allotted time if another client is scheduled immediately after you.
No Shows
No-shows pose a significant disadvantage to both our business and clients on the waitlist seeking appointments. Kindly provide a 24-hour notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.
Skin Treatments
Two Weeks Before
Avoid incidental or direct sun, spray tans and self-tanners (if having laser or IPL). Please use SPF 30 or above, hat, sunglasses and protective clothing.

3 Days Before
Avoid using active ingredients such as

Acids i.e glycolic, salicylic, lactic

Topical prescriptive products on areas being treated.​
No waxing, laser hair removal, IPL, electrolysis or hair bleaching.
Day of Treatment
Remove all makeup before your appointment. This allows for a thorougher treatment and ensures we can spend more time on giving you the best results ever!

Laser Hair Removal
Two Weeks Before
To prepare for your laser hair removal appointment, please avoid sun exposure, spray tans, and self-tanners for at least two weeks beforehand. Ensure you use SPF 30 or higher on any exposed skin, and consider wearing a hat, sunglasses, and protective clothing to shield your skin. This will help optimise your treatment results and minimise any potential side effects.
3 Days Before
​No waxing, electrolysis or hair bleaching.
Day of Treatment
Shave the areas your wish to have treated. Please refrain from wearing deodorant (if having underarms treated) and/or body moisturiser. Please remove makeup if having the face lasered.

Laser Tattoo Removal
Two Weeks Before
Avoid direct sun light, spray tan and self tanner two weeks before your scheduled appointment.​​
The Day of your Treatment
Prep your skin
If your tattoo is in an area of hair growth, please shave the area on the day of treatment.
Use of Numbing Cream
Apply at least one to two before your appointment. Apply a super thick layer over the tattoo and wrap in cling wrap, this allows better absorption For best results, keep reapplying over the next one to two hours. We recommend Emla or Numit.

Arrive Early
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your treatment to ensure we stay on schedule.
Cancellations | No shows
No-shows and last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our business and other clients, as it prevents those on our waitlist from filling those time slots. We dedicate specific time to care for you, so we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
Please note that a cancellation fee may be applied in the following situations:
